Profiles: Amplifying the Voices of Human Rights Victims
Welcome to my new page, Profiles, dedicated to observing the experiences of individuals who have been subjected to violations of various international human rights treaties. Through the International Convention on the Elimination of All Forms of Racial Discrimination (ICERD), International Covenant on Civil and Political Rights (ICCPR), International Covenant on Economic, Social and Cultural Rights (ICESCR), Convention on the Elimination of All Forms of Discrimination against Women (CEDAW), Convention against Torture and Other Cruel, Inhuman or Degrading Treatment or Punishment (CAT), and Convention on the Rights of the Child (CRC), countless lives have been affected.
This page aims to shed light on the stories of those who have suffered as a result of human rights abuses and to raise awareness about the importance of upholding these fundamental rights.
